1974: Established as an independent telecommunications trading company under the name of Barter Link, Inc.
1988: Launched its agency business as a new common carrier of telephone lines for corporations.
1988: Launched its agency business of vending mobile phones for IDO Corporation (now KDDI).
1992: Launched its rental business in which items are rented for a day.
1995: Opened its company store at Seibu-Shinjuku Station.
1996: Launched its replacement goods delivery service overseas.
2000: Launched its rental service at Narita Airport.
2002: Opened its world’s first and Narita Airport’s first dedicated rental counter. Launched its reservation-free rental services at Narita Airport which is the first in the industry.
Launched the first instant fee adjustment services at the return of the product at Narita Airport. Took the opportunity of the FIFA Japan-Korea World Cup by launching its telephonic interpretation support services.
2003: Established a local subsidiary in the United States. Changed its name to Telecom Square. Completed its 24-hour Japanese language support system in the United States, China and Europe. Opened its logistics center at Narita Airport.
2004: Opened its directly-managed counter at Kansai International Airport. Launched its SIM card-only rental services. Became the only official supplier for All Nippon Airways (ANA).
2005: Launched its 24-hour Japanese and English language support services. Opened its branch in Nagoya.
2006: Formed a partnership with Nokia Japan. Opened a Nokia Store in Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit. Opened its branch in Fukuoka.
2007: Opened its directly-managed counter at Fukuoka Airport. By forming a partnership with NTT Data, it launched its Global Cast service, a crisis management broadcast system. Established TS Support (now Assist All), a call center subsidiary dedicated to providing customer support.
2008: Launched services for Chinese people coming to Japan by forming a partnership with China’s Baidu and Willcom.
2009: Launched services for Chinese people coming to Japan by forming a partnership with China’s Baidu and Willcom.
2010: Launched a flat-rate mobile Wi-Fi router rental services called “Wi-Ho!®” Launched a JCB phone service by forming a partnership with JCB.
2011: Launched a smartphone with Wi-Fi router rental services called “Smart Wi-Ho!®” Formed a partnership with EMOBILE (now Y! Mobile). Entrusted to run a EMobile shop at Narita Airport. Opened its new logistics center in Narita.
2012: Launched its fixed-rate mobile data communications monthly plan overseas. Launched its mobile phone rental services for Myanmar. Opened its mobile center at Chubu International Airport. “Reception” and “Return” are now freely done at the 12 main airports. Began offering “Wi-Ho!®” business pleasure trip type services in which a customer can use one Wi-Fi router in 76 countries and regions around the globe.
2013: Established a local subsidiary in Taiwan.
2014: Opened its captive counter at Taoyuan Airport and expanded to 5 more counters in the same year.

2015:
Chairman of the Board begins to reside in Taiwan.
February
2015:
Established its operation center in Taipei City.
April
2015:
Launched its weekend business operations.
June
2015:
Launched its reservation-free reception in Kaohsiung and began selling travel pleasure products in Europe.
July
2015:
Began selling SIM card for exclusive use in Taiwan. Began to accept previous day-reservations.
August
2015:
Opened its logistics center at Taoyuan Airport. Made a total revision of its official website.
